Mastering The Larynx

Now it’s time to actually attempt to maneuver and master your larynx.

Don’t worry if it doesn’t come naturally, this can take time. What is important is that you focus on the exercises and do your best to mimic the sounds I show you.

Those sounds are going to keep you on the right track and keep your larynx neutral (or even low for now) to make things a little less tense, and strainy for you.

If you are noticing that you are losing some of the things you found in your voice from the previous days while you work on these exercises, that’s totally ok and normal. Some of these things are opposing each other so they will tend to fall in and out. Just try your best to keep what you got to the best of your abilities while adding in the focus on the larynx.
